Won is operated by KE Digital, a sole proprietorship based in Calgary, AB, Canada.

What we collect

When you use Won, we collect:

• Your email address (required, used to send your Friday letter)
• Your first name (optional, used to personalize your letter)
• Your timezone (detected automatically, used to time your Friday letter)
• Your wins (the text you log each day)

What we do not collect

We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, or usage analytics. We do not use cookies. We do not run ads. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools.

How we use your data

Your data is used only to operate Won: storing your wins, generating your weekly letter, and sending it to you by email. That is all.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Won:

• Supabase (database hosting, supabase.com)
• Brevo (email delivery, brevo.com)
• Vercel (application hosting, vercel.com)
• Apple (payment processing for in-app purchases)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone else.

Data storage

Your wins are stored locally on your device and synced to our database hosted by Supabase. Your data is stored on servers in the United States.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@getwon.app. We will process your request within 30 days.

Children

Won is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app. Tap Delete my account and confirm. This permanently removes your email, name, wins, and letters from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we do, we will update the effective date above.
